It's no surprise that our Oatmeal contains heart-healthy oats, but what may surprise you, is there's a 2:1 ratio of oats to quinoa in our Oatmeal. This is not simply a bag of oatmeal, there's much more it than that.

Directions
- Tear pouch open.
- Add one and a quarter cups (300ML) of BOILING (yes, boiling) water to bag.
- STIR and reseal. HANG OUT for 5 minutes. Think about how big the universe is.
- OPEN. STIR AGAIN. EAT. SMILE.
